It has 2 balconies but not facing the street it is very quiet.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a 43” SMART TV in the living room, WiFi through Fiber and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with plates, dishes and the main appliances: 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.

To sleep you will have a double sofa bed in the living area and a double bed + a baby bed in the master bedroom.

A single bed can be added in the living area on request.
